Lance Corporal Thomas Easdale

Thomas Easdale, son of James and Rachel Easdale, of Paisley, Renfrewshire, enlisted into The Lowland Regiment.

He volunteered for airborne forces and served with The 5th (Scottish) Parachute Battalion.

Lance Corporal Easdale went on Operation Manna in Greece and was killed on 27 December 1944, age 20 years old. He is now buried in Phaleron War Cemetery, Greece.
