Steve Craddock passed through The Parachute Regiment and Airborne Forces Depot in Platoon 375 in 1971.
He was posted to 1 PARA and initially served in the Medium Machine Gun Platoon, Support Company. He later joined the Intelligence section in Headquarters Company and served with the battalion in Northern Ireland, Cyprus and Kenya.
