Lieutenant Peter Crane

Peter Crane enlisted into 4 Squadron of 1 Special Communications Regiment (V) , a Territorial Army unit of the Royal Signals, in 1957 and qualified as a military parachutist at RAF Abingdon in the same year. 

He was commissioned as an officer in 1961 and continued to serve in the Squadron until he joined the Regular Army in 1964.
