Private John Atlee, from Essex, served with The 2nd Battalion, The Parachute Regiment (2 PARA) and took part in the Op Telic VII deployment to Iraq in 2006.
Private Atlee died in a car crash in the UK soon after returning from Iraq on 14 October 2006, aged 23 years old. He is now buried at Forest Part Crematorium, Essex.
