11th Parachute Battalion (TA)

The Territorial Army 11th Parachute Battalion was formed from the 8th Battalion Middlesex Regiment (TA) in 1947 and formed part of the 16th Airborne Division (TA).

It was re-designated 11 PARA (TA) in 1948 and reverted again to the 8th Battalion Middlesex Regiment (TA) in August 1956.
