Private William James Chaddock

Private William James Chaddock was a soldier in the 1st Canadian Parachute Battalion. 

He was born in either 1915 or 1916 and was the son of Edgar and Gwendolyn Chaddock from Toronto, Canada. He attended Alexander Muir Public School and Central Technical School. 

Chaddock deployed with the Battalion to Normandy, where he was killed on June 20, 1944, aged 28. He was buried in Brookwood Military Cemetery in Plot 51 G1.
