Private William C Lambirth

Private William Charles Lambirth, son of Albert Sydney and Janet Lambirth, of Morden, Surrey, served with 2nd Parachute Battalion. He took part in the North African campaign, during Op Torch.

Private Lambirth died on 9 March 1943, aged 20 years old. He is now buried at Tabarka Ras Rajel War Cemetery, Tunisia.
