Rifleman Victor George Brun was the son of Augustine and Alice Brun, of Kensington, London, and husband of Olive May Brun, of Kensington. He served with 1st (Airborne) Battalion, Royal Ulster Rifles and took part in the Rhine Crossing action, during Op Varsity.
Rifleman Brun died on the first day, 24 March 1945, aged 25 years old. He is now buried at Venray War Cemetery, Limburg.
