Lance Corporal Victor Chillingsworth

Lance Corporal Victor Chillingsworth, son of Ernest John and Edith Ellen Chillingsworth, of Wolverhampton, and husband of Marian Chillingsworth, of Oxley, Wolverhampton served with 2nd (Airborne) Battalion, South Staffordshire Regiment. He took part in the Battle of Arnhem during Op Market Garden.

He died on 25 September 1944 aged 25 years old. He is now buried at Oosterbeek War Cemetery, Arnhem.
