Private Tom Lawless, son of James and Charlotte Lawless, of Firth Park, Sheffield, served with 4th Parachute Battalion and took part in the Italian campaign.
Private Lawless died on 19 September 1943. and is now buried at Bari War Cemetery, Italy.
