Gunner Robert Thomas Dennison served with the 53rd (Worcs) Airlanding Light Regiment, RA and took part in the D-Day landings to Normandy on 5-6 June 1944.
Gnr Dennison died on 6 June, aged 29 years old. He is now buried at Bayeux War Cemetery, Normandy.
