Philip Charles Carter enlisted into the Royal Army Educational Corps.
Sergeant Carter served in Palestine attached to 195 Parachute Field Ambulance.
Sergeant Carter died on 2 February 1948 and is now buried in Haifa War Cemetery, Palestine.
