Corporal Norman B Ashworth

Corporal Norman Bateson Ashworth, son of Willie and Louise Ashworth, of Bradford, Yorkshire, served with 9th Field Company (Airborne), Royal Engineers. He took part in the Battle of Arnhem, during Op Market Garden.

He died on 25 September 1944, aged 25 years old. He is now buried at Oosterbeek War Cemetery, Arnhem.
