Michael Asquith served with the 13th/18th Royal Hussars (Queen Mary's Own) before volunteering for Parachute Squadron, Royal Armoured Corps.
He was a member of 2nd Troop Parachute Squadron, Royal Armoured Corps, from 1966 to 1969, before returning to the 13th/18th Royal Hussars (Queen Mary's Own).
L/Cpl Asquith left the Army in 1972.
