Mervyn Jeffrey was enlisted into The Royal Artillery on 13 June 1940 and served in North Africa, Italy, Palestine & Egypt.
He transferred to The Glider Pilot Regiment in June 1942.
Mervyn Jeffrey was demobilised on 21 August 1946.
