Major Maurice Theodore Francis Seal served during the early stages of the war with the Rifle Brigade, before joining Airborne Forces to serve with 13th (South Lancs) Parachute Battalion. He took part in the deployment of 5th Parachute Brigade to the Far East.
Major Seal died on 19 June 1946. He is now buried at Kranji War Cemetery, Singapore.
