Gunner Leslie Bullock

Leslie Bullock was the son of Arthur and Annie Bullock, of Stoke-on-Trent. He enlisted in the General Service Corps and volunteered for Airborne forces.

Gunner Bullock successfully completed glider training and was posted to F Troop, 2 Airlanding Anti-Tank Battery, Royal Artillery, and took part in Operation Market Garden (Arnhem).

Gnr Bullock was killed in action on 25 September 1944, aged 18. He has no known grave and is commemorated on the Groesbeek Memorial to the missing.
