Private Kenneth Urban Lane, husband of Elizabeth Lane, of Glasgow, served with 1st Parachute Battalion. He took part in the North African campaign, during Op Torch.
Private Lane died on 3 February 1943, aged 24 years old. He is now commemorated on the Memorial at Medjez-el-Bab War Cemetery, Tunisia.
