Gunner Kenneth B Jones

Gunner Kenneth Brindley Jones was the son of Ivor John and Margaret Jones, of Garndiffaith, Monmouthshire, and husband of Betty Jones, also of Garndiffaith. He served with 1st Airlanding Light Regiment, Royal Artillery and took part in the glider insertion to the Battle of Arnhem, during Op Market Garden.

He died between 25-26th September 1944, aged 24 years old. He is now buried at Oosterbeek War Cemetery, Arnhem.
