Corporal John Eaton

Corporal John Eaton was the son of Harry and Lily Eaton, and the husband of Muriel Thelma Eaton, of Bridgemary, Gosport, Hampshire. He served with 591 (Antrim) Parachute Squadron, Royal Engineers and took part in the Rhine Crossing, during Op Varsity.

Corporal Eaton died on 24 March 1945, aged 22 years old. He is now buried at Reichswald Forest War Cemetery, at Kleve, Germany.
