Major John Brian S Kincaid

Major John Brian Shortt Kincaid was the son of Charles Augustus and Katharine Mary Kincaid, and husband of Stella May Kincaid, of Yateley, Hampshire. He served with the Royal Artillery, and was awarded a Mention in Despatches in April 1944, before being attached to HQ 6th Airborne Division. He took part in the Rhine Crossing, during Op Varsity.

Major Kincaid died on 25 March 1945, aged 31 years old. He is now buried at Venray War Cemetery, Limburg.
