Private Jack Lang, son of Harry and Anne Lang, of Forest Gate, Essex, served with 4th Parachute Battalion. He took part in the deployment to Palestine in late 1945.
Private Lang died on 29 December 1944, aged 23 years old. He is now buried at Ramleh War Cemetery, Israel.
