Signalman Henry Middling

Signalman Henry Middling, son of John and Alice Middling, of Hassall Green, Cheshire, served with 1st Airborne Divisional Signals, Royal Corps of Signals. He took part in the Battle of Arnhem, during Op Market Garden.

He died on 24 September 1944, aged 24 years old. He is now buried at Oosterbeek War Cemetery, Arnhem.
