Driver Harry Baker

Driver Harry Baker, son of Louis and Hilda Baker, of Pontefract, Yorkshire, served with 716 (Airborne) Light Composite Company, Royal Army Service Corps. He took part in the Rhine Crossing, during Op Varsity.

Driver Baker died on the first day, 24 March 1945, aged 19 years old. He is now buried at Venray War Cemetery, Limburg.
