Private Ernest Edward Bowser, son of Ernest Edward and Alice Eleanor Bowser, of Plaistow, Essex, served with 4th Parachute Battalion. He took part in the Greek campaign, during late 1944.
Private Bowser died on 27 October 1944, aged 25 years old. He is now buried at Phaleron War Cemetery, Greece.
