Sergeant Ernest A Archer

Sergeant Ernest Albert Archer was the son of Frederick and Helen Francis Archer, and the husband of Beatrice Grace Archer, of Grays, Essex. He served with 9th (Essex) Parachute Battalion and took part in the Rhine Crossing, during Op Varsity.

Sergeant Archer died on 24 March 1945, aged 28 years old. He is now buried at Reichswald Forest War Cemetery, Kleve, Germany.
