Lance Corporal Eric Edward Blackshaw, son of William Alfred and Nellie Eva Blackshaw, of Welling, Kent, served with 7th (Light Infantry) Parachute Battalion.
Lance Corporal Blackshaw died on 20 June 1944, aged 24 years old. He is now buried at Ranville War Cemetery, Normandy.
