Edward Albert Knox successfully completed his parachute training at Ringway on the 25 February 1946. It was noted that Private Knox was a “good performer”
Pte Knox was posted to the Parachute Regiment Reserve Battalion before being transferred to 9th Battalion to serve in Palestine.
He died on 3 March 1947 and is now buried in Khayat Beach War Cemetery, Israel.
