Private Edward Douglas Kelly served with the 2nd (Airborne) Ox and Bucks Light Infantry and took part in the D-Day landings to Normandy on 5-6 June 1944.
Pte Kelly died on 7 June 1944, aged 20 years old. He is now buried at Ranville War Cemetery, Normandy.
