Gunner Dereck Edward Sendall

Gunner Dereck Edward Sendall, son of Edward and Victoria Kate Sendall, of White Horse Common, Norfolk, served with 2nd Airlanding Anti-Tank Battery, Royal Artillery. He took part in the Battle of Arnhem, during Op Market Garden.

Gunner Sendall died on 20 September 1944, aged 19 years old. He is now buried at Oosterbeek War Cemetery, Arnhem.
