Private Cyril Phillips

Private Cyril Phillips served with the 2nd Airborne Battalion, Ox and Bucks Light Infantry and took part in the D-Day landings to Normandy on 5-6 June 1944.

Pte Phillips died on 25 June, aged 30 years old. He is now buried at Herouvillette New Communal Cemetery, Herouvillette, near Caen, Normandy.
