Private Charles Ernest Bonham, son of Charles and Dorothy Mary Bonham, of Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, served with 8th (Midlands) Parachute Battalion. He took part in the Normandy campaign.
Private Bonham died on 16 June 1944, aged 21 years old. He is now buried at Ranville War Cemetery, Normandy.
