Sergeant Alex Rigg

Sgt Rigg of the Glider Pilot Regiment was the second pilot in a glider flying elements of the 6th AB Div HQ to Landing Zone N. He was killed, aged 27, when the glider hit another on landing. 

Sgt Rigg is buried in Ranville Churchyard, Normandy.
