“In September 1944 we were in Nissen huts in the village of BURFORD and flew to ARNHEM from BROADWELL aerodrome.
When 1st Airborne Division deployed to Arnhem as part of Operation Market Garden, the Division was supplemented by nearly 600 Airborne medical personnel.
