Photo Print Terms and Conditions. Please note we can only send prints within Europe.

The ParaData print on demand service allows documents and photographic materials to be purchased for delivery in printed format. These materials are are supplied for private or evaluation use only. The customer may not otherwise make, use or distribute copies of the documents, images or visual material for any purpose, including private publishing or websites.

Print on demand images, other visual material, and information provided are in the ownership of, or copyright of, the Trustees of the Airborne Forces, or are provided by the Trustees with permission of the rights holders. The moral rights of the Trustees and all authors of the works represented have been asserted.

If you wish to use ParaData print on demand photographs or other visual materials in any product or publication, you will first need to obtain the appropriate permission.

Please contact curator@paradata.org.uk with full details of the materials required, and the specific use intended.

The customer must ensure that the material is not used (including adapted, altered, cropped or manipulated) in any way detrimental to the image, or in a way liable to trivialise, sensationalise or demean the subject matter.

While the Trustees of the Airborne Forces takes reasonable care in the performance of this agreement, the Trustees shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you or by any third party arising from use or reproduction of any image or its caption.
