Parachute Regimental Association

The Parachute Regimental Association is a cornerstone of the family of Regimental charities.

Brigadier James Hill was heavily involved in its formation at the end of WW2 as an Old Comrades Association.

The Association’s membership covers all age groups and the many cap badges that make up Airborne Forces. A national network of local branches supports the main association body.

In addition to social activities organised through its branches and regional events, the Association performs the following roles:

Provides support to serving Airborne Forces personnel.
Maintains links between past and present members of the Airborne Forces.
Provides welfare support for past and present members (and their dependants).
Participates in acts of public commemoration and remembrance for the fallen.
