Private William Robert Chopping served with 7th (Light Infantry) Parachute Battalion and took part in the post-war deployment of 5th Parachute Brigade to the Far East in 1945.
Private Chopping died on 9 October 1945, aged 23 years old. He is now buried at Kranji War Cemetery, Singapore.
