Roll Call Private William E Adams – March 24th 1945

Private William Ernest Adams, son of William and Annie Adams, of Ardmore, County Londonderry, Northern Ireland, served with 9th (Essex) Parachute Battalion. He took part in the the Rhine Crossing, during Op Varsity.

Private Adams died on 24 March 1945, aged 19 years old. He is now buried at Reichswald Forest War Cemetery, at Kleve, Germany
