Roll Call Lance Corporal Trevor Williams – December 1st 1979

Trevor Williams served in 224 Parachute Field Ambulance when he passed Parachute Jump Course 85 at RAF Ringway in early October 1943, before transferring to the No 4 Section,  225 Parachute Field Ambulance, RAMC, attached to the 5th Para Brigade.

A brave Welshman who served his country in Normandy and undertook the Rhine Crossing in March 1945. After VE day his unit was sent to Malaysia and then Java. Finally demobilised in April 1946. A wonderful man.

He died on 1 December 1979, aged 63. RIP
