Corporal Thomas Joseph Henderson served with HQ 245 Provost Company, Corps of Military Police attached to 6th Airborne Division and took part in the D-Day landings to Normandy on 5-6 June 1944.
Corporal Henderson died on 7 June 1944, aged 31 years old. He is now buried at Ranville Churchyard, near the War Cemetery, in Normandy.
