Roll Call Private Thomas Halligan – March 24th 1945

Private Thomas Halligan, son of Edna Halligan, of Wombwell, Yorkshire, served with 13th (South Lancs) Parachute Battalion. He took part in the Rhine Crossing, during Op Varsity.

Private Halligan died on 24 March 1945, aged 19 years old. He is now buried at Reichswald Forest War Cemetery, Kleve, Germany.
