Roll Call Lieutenant Thomas C Halliburton – June 7th 1944

Lieutenant Thomas Colledge Halliburton was the son of Thomas Colledge and Helen Hervey Halliburton, of Jedburgh, Roxburghshire, and nephew of Mr W T Halliburton of Tedburgh. He served with 9th (Essex) Parachute Battalion and took part in the D-Day landings to Normandy, during Op Overlord.

Lieutenant Halliburton died on 7 June 1944, aged 24 years old. He is now buried at Ranville Churchyard, Normandy.
