Private Kyle Adams served with 1 PARA in Afghanistan and died on a Taliban ambush in the Lashkar Gah region of Helmand province, Southern Afghanistan.
The Jackal he was travelling in was hit by an explosion and small arms fire. He died with Cpl Kevin Mulligan and L/Cpl Dale Hopkins (also 1 PARA). Another soldier onboard was seriously injured.
Private Adams was aged 21 when he was killed.
