Roll Call Private John E O'Rourke – September 20th 1944

Private John Edward O'Rourke served with Defence Platoon, HQ 1st Parachute Brigade and took part in the Battle of Arnhem during Op Market Garden.

He died on 20 September 1944 aged 23 years old. He is now buried at Oosterbeek War Cemetery, Arnhem.
