Roll Call Private Frederick R Underhill – September 18th 1944

Private Frederick Richard Alfred Underhill, son of Richard and Esther Underhill, served with 11th Parachute Battalion. He took part in the Battle of Arnhem, during Op Market Garden.

Private Underhill died on 18 September 1944, aged 26 years old. He is now commemorated on the Memorial at Groesbeek Canadian War Cemetery, near Nijmegen.
