Roll Call Private David O'Sullivan – June 6th 1944

Private David O'Sullivan, son of Timothy and Kathleen O'Sullivan, of Cwmbran, Monmouthshire, served with 12th (Yorks) Parachute Battalion. He took part in the D-Day landings to Normandy, during Op Overlord.

Private O'Sullivan died on 6 June 1944, aged 19 years old. He is now buried at Herouvillette New Communal Cemetery, near Caen, Normandy.
