Roll Call Private Bernard B Airey – September 21st 1944

Private Bernard Burwell Airey served with 11th Parachute Battalion, and took part in the Battle of Arnhem, during Op Market Garden.

Private Airey died on 21 September 1944, aged 25 years old. He is now commemorated on the Memorial at Groesbeek Canadian War Cemetery, near Nijmegen.
